Links at EA site take me in circles. Can’t find option to contact anyone. Do you know an actual contact link?
The help options might be different from regions, I am in UK and I have just tried and received three options from the link below. One offers an email contact and one offers a chat while one does absolutly nothing. (see image attached)
Do you have the link? I am in the same position. I go to EA Help and can only access the chatbot. There is a giant banner stating that advisors can't restore my profile for unlinked accounts.
I've been playing since the game was released. EA never sent any notifications that my profile had to be linked. I linked mine with Apple's Game Center.
