I bought a gold bloom and received nothing.

I bought a gold bloom and received a purchase receipt, but I didn't get anything, and it won't let me restore my purchases either. Help please.

Game won’t stop crashing
I have tried to play this game daily but it consistently crashes every time I open it. I can’t get past the home events screen to accomplish anything. I hope this gets resolved soon.
