Bought Plant in Special tab in the store and didn’t receive the plant

I bought the electric peashooter in the new special tab in the shop but didn’t receive the plant or at least I got the 250 seed packets but didn’t unlock the plant. Please help!

Game won’t stop crashing
I have tried to play this game daily but it consistently crashes every time I open it. I can’t get past the home events screen to accomplish anything. I hope this gets resolved soon.
