Dear Ea,I was logging into pvz 2 today when my account randomly reset. I thought that i had to update my game but when i did, my account still wasnt there. I went through the game tutorial until after level 2 in egypt when you can freely explore the world map. I have closed and reopened my game countless times. I do not know if this issue has happened to others, but i had a lot of progress that for some reason, i cannot recover even using my google play account. This is very annoying and i hope that my account can be recovered. If you have this issuse where your account is unrecoverable due to a random reset, please click "me too"

You need to contact EA to get your account by pressing the wrench, then press help.
It will take you to a webpage where you can file a report, do this under missing content.
you will need your player I D which you will find in download preferences.
Include a screenshot to show what is missing and your player ID

I got the same issue as well which it happened today. When I first opened my game, it started off with the tutorial. I updated my game a few days ago when the 11.1.1 version was out & things were all good. Until this happened as well.
I need some help too as well. And it's also annoying too. I tried logging in & it keeps happening.

How did you get in contact with EA, also did you have you player id? I dint know I was supposed to screenshot that because why would I have, however I do have some purchase history

Been playing this game since 2013 and have made multiple purchases over the year. Opened the game up today and everything is GONE. Reading the replies, it says I should click the wrench, then click Help to report a problem. When I click Help, nothing happens.
If I click Restore progress, it says to complete Egypt 7 to restore progress. I'm afraid to go forward and perhaps overwrite something that I've worked on for over a decade. Can anyone give me some help with this?

Try clicking the Help Center link at the bottom of this page, hopefully, you can get a helping slot after a little waiting, there is a very long queue at the momenet given the recent releases randomly reseting iOS players accounts.
