Also, it’s been almost a fortnight now without being able to play the daily piñata & watch adverts to gain much-needed gems, coins & Arena plays (which has led to my relegation from the Jade League). You would think a fortnight would be more than ample time for such a huge company to sort out the bugs with this game. I remember reading a response from a member of the EA Team stating that they were aware of the situation, & were working to sort it out… again, it’s been almost two weeks! However, what’s really antagonised me is the fact that I have been unable to contact the support, as there is a compulsory box named ‘Console’ that needs to be filled in, but whatever you type in is not accepted, & there is no drop-down menu giving you options (see attachment). Hence, with no other way of contacting EA available, I have been affectively stonewalled! It’s simply not good enough.
