PvZ2 - Zen garden

Question

Hi all,Regarding&nbsp;Plants vs. Zombies 2, I have had the issue of my zen garden. The timer is not working as attached.To fix this issue, I have performed as follows:Make sure my device is up-to-dateMake sure my game app is up-to-dateAutomatically set date, time and region (Vietnam) in settings.Power cycle my device and restart the app (after force stop the app) =&gt; The issue persists.Close the app, force stop and clear cache =&gt; The issue persists.Uninstall&nbsp;game app and reinstall =&gt; The issue persists.Uninstall game app and reinstall on another devices =&gt; The issue persists.Could someone help me to advise a solution to this issue please?Thanks,

Yea, you will have to contact EA Help Center as&nbsp;@MAGICDAVESHROOM&nbsp;suggested.Just one question out of&nbsp;curiosity: Is&nbsp;Bernie the Bee showing up in your Zen Garden?

I'd suggest to contact EA help center again (bottom of this page) and open a ticket&nbsp; "missing content"! Make sure not to report it as "a bug". Tell them that Bernie the Bee is missing in your Zen Garden, the timers don't work and what you already did to try to fix it.

This is a new one on me, i suggest you tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and contact EA HELP CENTER directly, you will need to give them your player i.d. number and explain your problem, but they are the only pe9who can fix it.
