Hello again guys. I'm back and with sad news.
So apparently they can't recover my account. I contacted EA, explained my situation, sent screenshot of my player Id and waited for them to help me. After a few days an advisor answered me and asked me for the email address I have linked with my EA account. I sent it and waited.
Then another advisor sent me an email saying that he had recovered my account and that all I had to do was open the game and my progress would be there. It didn't work.
I let them know it hadn't worked and after a few days the initial advisor sent me the exact same email again, asking for the email address linked with my EA account. I sent it again and waited.
After a few more days, a new advisor asked me again for my EA account email and my EA Id. I sent it, but the next day I received an email again asking for the exact same thing from a new advisor!!! Again I sent the requested information, only to receive an email 2 days later from another advisor saying literally that my issue with the game was an "ongoing issue" and that many other players were "facing this exact same issue", and that "our developers are working hard to fix the problem in timely manner. We request some time to get the issue fixed".
Then, he added "We need your support at this crucial time and once we will get any update regarding this issue then we will definitely notify you. I hope they take a look into this and make things better in the upcoming time."
I thought there was a misunderstanding and that maybe I had not explained myself well, because supposedly my problem was not a general problem with the game, I had simply lost my game account, but I had my player Id and all kinds of information about the account to recover it.
You had told me that with that information they would in principle have no difficulties in recovering my account, so I sent a new email explaining the situation again, and shared my player Id and all the information I had about the account (game account name, email and Id of my EA account, the device I was playing on, etc).
An advisor I had never spoken to before simply replied exactly the same as the previous one, that this was an issue that many players globally had and that he hoped it would be improved in the future.
The worst part is that he then said "We no longer monitor this email address. Any new email sent from this address will not be delivered".
A few hours later, I received exactly 7 emails from EA saying this.
So I just don't know what to do.
I don't know why they sent 7 emails all the same, why they cut me off or why they can't recover my account (even though I have my player Id) and they say it's a global problem.
Apparently I will never be able to access my progress again.
Any other ideas or help you can give me?
