Yes one of the things I did try was that of trying to register the same email address to the game again, but no option appeared for me to select my original player Id and reload my progress.
I had not made any in-game purchases because I have a policy not to spend money on games, apart from anything else because it makes the game more challenging.
But I had a large amount of coins, gems, gauntlets and mints, I do not remember the exact number but it was an absurd amount since I had been playing for so long and only spent them once in a while in situations where it was worth investing them.
I also had all the plants you buy with gems and pretty much all the sedium plants and power mints (thanks to the arena, penny pursuit and seasonal challenges). I don't know if I have many screenshots though, I might have some but I'll have to go look for them.
Anyway, judging by the emails I've recently exchanged with EA's help team, and considering the several different advisors who asked me for the same thing and then never said anything again and a new one came asking for the same thing, and the several emails all the same they sent, and even the way they talked, I don't think they would "transfer" to my new player Id my achievements and in-game currencies from my original one.
