Missing 300 Seed Packet from Lemon Aid

Okay. Last week, due to a bug, I couldn't be able to obtain 300 Lemon Aid seed packets. I have up to 1,005 crowns, but I don't have the 300 Lemon Aid seed packets received. Here's some screenshots for you to look at.

Crashes
Every time I play an arena game in plants vs zombies 2 it crashes and I lose my points. This is very annoying. Please help.

Arena crushed
I started playing Arena with the free play and it crushed. I played with a gauntlet and it crashed also. I was winning in both cases but the game crashed. Will i be compensated or is it just lost?
