pvz2 keep coming hint

Just retrieved the record from several years ago, find out it is now possible to upgrade the plants. I thought I just random updated some of the plants where possible, the hint just keep coming up once I finished a new level as shown below and I can do nothing about it. I can only restart the game to get to the next level but the hint will show up once a new level is done.
