Have you registered your email address with the game before the account got reset?
If so you can try recover your progress yourself by re-install the game and do the email register again using the same email address.
If not, you will need to know your original player ID (the one with your progress) to get helps from EA Help Center.

Thankssszz for helping out. I tried reinstalling but don’t see my old account. Gave my original ID (linked to my email) to Helpdesk 2 weeks ago but didn’t get any help. I think the PVZ2 database is corrupted.

I suggest keep contacting EA Help Center and trying to get a Chat with the advisor, this will be your best option to have your account recovered.

The database getting corrupted is a rare occurrence, it happened once a few years ago.
If you signed up to EA's email registration scheme, you can get a unique code sent to your email address that will restore your account, this is normally a quick and easy process.
Otherwise, your only alternative as @eieio_31310. Says, is to go through EA HELP CENTER, either through livechat or email (options vary according to region).
