PVZ2 Lost Progress

Hello good day, I just want to share my sad experience. I actually redownloaded the pvz2 in my phone because I want to play again and also knowing that my previous saved progress has lot of in game currency and premium plants that I actually purchased using real money. When i got prompted to select which progress to continue i noticed that my previous saved progress now don't have any currency like literally zero and not just in game currency but all of it like the levels and plants. And i already contacted a support but it seems its only an ai just casually saying your session is closed with no real human support to actually help me with this problem. 

please help me.

PS. I still have the screenshot of my player ID and progress.
