PVZ2 PREMIUM PLANTS for FREE

Well I guess this is the best way to express my disappointment. I'm an avid player of PVZ2 since 2016, not that active tho but way back I bought completely those Premium Plants and spent about >$200.

The thing is, since they give it AWAY now for FREE *referring to Premium Plants* what about for players who bought it first?? What about the money we spend just to collect all of them??

I was more disappointed knowing that SOME players were given privileged to get OTHER PLANTS they don't have instead. Which atleast should be FAIR for spenders, or somehow giving out Gems or Seed Packets as additional option for compensation.

Well refund is also an option I could see here... I just hope EA could do something about it.

@Stink21Brain Another way of looking at this is that you were privileged to use those plants for 4 years while others were not. If you received value and advantage by being a trend setter, count your blessings.

I certainly do not feel 'entitled' else I would be demanding compensation if I did feel that way.
I contribute regularly to EA coffers and could have easily chosen a different plant (or none if the seedium change had been communicated earlier) to purchase in January
Not many left to purchase anymore AS IS

If you're just making a bug report don't expect any response.

@IncaFireForce They just send bug reports to whoever deals with bugs.
If you make a missing content report they should get back to you.

@IncaFireForce It depends what your problem is.
You just asked how to gmail EA HELP so i told you how to, there are various complaint options and not all get a response.
If it's a missing content case then they usually get back within a couple of days.
