PVZ2 purchase restore bug?

apparently the store itself is glitched after I returned to my account and it started restoring my purchases and the deals have no price on them and it says Error: User Not Authorized. I have checked that authorizations are off. also I believe I had a shrinking violet but the game didn't give it back yet. any way to fix this?
