Just a quick note, if you use cut and paste to enter your email address, please check and ensure there is no space at the end of the email address.

In this case then I can only recommend the same thing as the message suggest - try again later.
In past I have encounter this issue once or twice and put it down to server busy, generally I manage to register on my 2nd or 3rd attempts, but if you have been trying this days and still receiving the same result then either your email has not been recognized by the server or the server in your region is down.
