    @EA_Illium 

    Unless EA support has changed recently as far as I'm aware the only option to contact EA HELP CENTER is still via email, there is no live chat option and the telephone option given for covid doesn't work.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM This has changed as Chat and Phone options are available. The only issue that may affect this is your region, or if a technical issue is occurring.

    @EA_Illium 

    Are you sure other options other than email are available for pvz2 players?

    If you need help with a game and you select pvz2 (not origin) then you are given the option to select your device, which is either an apple or android device.

    Pvz2 is a mobile device game, not PC  and doesn't have access to livechat or phone services as far as myself or any of the other regular forum members know.

    By the way you also mention giving XP for helpful answers and unfortunately the ranking system is broken and I'm stuck at expert level for a couple of years.

    I have tried reporting this problem on a couple of occasions but EA HELP have closed the case without fixing the problem, which is what they do if they really don't understand the problem.
