Have you registered your email address to link up with PVZ2 account in past for a reward of free gems?

If so, you might be able to recover your old account with your progress either by installing the game on another device or perform an a re-installation.  

If not, you will need your original player ID to get further assistance by clicking the Help Center link at the bottom of this page.

    I have registered myr email address to link up with PVZ2 account in past

    but it does not work by installing the game on another device or perform an a re-installation. it still start a new game

    When you install the game on another device or re-install the game on the same device, it will start up as as a new player, this is expected.

    After the game has started up, click the cloud button (bottom left) from the main menu and do the email register using the same email address, you will then be given a set of code to verify you are the account owner. Once this is successful, you will get an ID conflict message and given a choice to recover your old account with your original progress.

    I followed the method mentioned on the Internet, but the following screen appeared.

    I have sent a total of 3 letters to EA. In the second letter, it told me that it was solved, but it still showed the above screen and is waiting for a reply to the third letter.

  • I had this problem when my phone powered off while playing the game, they told me that they will be able to fix it If I had the game ID, the original one with all the progress. Sadly, I did not take a screenshot of it and they told me that they cannot restore my progress without it. So, in the end they just compensated me with 250,000 coins and 600 gems which is not nearly enough but I'll take what I can at that point.

    Go to EA Help and press either, "I need help restoring my progress in the game" or "I need help recovering my mobile game" and write a case. Don't leave the tab and wait for the advisor to chat you. It is a live chat so they will message you right after making the case. In my case I talked to, I think it was an adviser, and then they passed me to the programmer/technical support who tried to solve my problem and gave me the coins and gems.

    You really need the original game ID.

    @jl880613   Did you select the wrong account the first time you were given a choice at the ID conflict screen?  

    I ask because the account with ID ending 68080 seems to be presented to you as your old account after a fresh start with 6 plants earned.
