I had this problem when my phone powered off while playing the game, they told me that they will be able to fix it If I had the game ID, the original one with all the progress. Sadly, I did not take a screenshot of it and they told me that they cannot restore my progress without it. So, in the end they just compensated me with 250,000 coins and 600 gems which is not nearly enough but I'll take what I can at that point.
Go to EA Help and press either, "I need help restoring my progress in the game" or "I need help recovering my mobile game" and write a case. Don't leave the tab and wait for the advisor to chat you. It is a live chat so they will message you right after making the case. In my case I talked to, I think it was an adviser, and then they passed me to the programmer/technical support who tried to solve my problem and gave me the coins and gems.
You really need the original game ID.
