Community Admin@S3LFIE You can try standard troubleshooting (restart the device/check for updates) but I suspect it won't have an effect. I think reaching out to support for the phone itself is the way to go. We'll keep our eyes peeled for similar reports.
Thanks for the response David! I can confirm that traditional troubleshooting methods have not worked, nor is it a problem with my device in particular.
I strongly believe it is an app issue for this device. have found reports from other users with the same device that have this issue. Here are a few examples (the first Play Store review is mine). Any chance this can get passed on to the dev team for a future fix?
