I lost count the number of times I said this.  PVZ2 works ok with earlier IOS.  

If your Apple device has 14.5 or later loaded, it would causes compatibility issue with the PVZ2 App resulting no music being played but the sound effect is still ok.  I have no doubt future PVZ2 updates will fix this issue but there are more urgent bugs requiring attentions, so guess we all just have to wait.
