It is EA's fault the game has bugs, if this new found fortune helps enhancing your game enjoyment then the $$$ you wasted spent on getting the premium plants are now better justified.    👿

  • the point now,how to use all of 10000 gems? All out on blover? 👿 or upgrade others too

On ALL the plants your heart desired.

(Now do this plant update daily until Christmas...  You really should say thank you to EA Santa for giving you your early X'mas presents for being a good boy.....  👿)

@HenryThePear, After your Blover reach max level, maybe you can spend it for certain pinata i think, like :

    -  Jurassic Mash : PPM

    -  Far Future : LB,  TT  (for efficiency + 3 free tiles)

    -  Pirates Sea : Threepeater (for torchwood combo)

    -  Frostbite Cave : Chard Guard (for blover combo)

    -  Modern Day : Moonflower

    - Big Wave Beach : BB

the rest for gauntlent i think

EA can actually sort problems out with pvz2 IF they want to.

I think most dev hours go on the shiny new toys such as battle for neighborville, why they chose to 'fix' the pinata party glitch instead of disappearing ads or the recurring restore purchases bug is a bit of a mystery to me.

@HenryThePear There are a couple of plants that benefit from being maxed out. For example, Chard Guard gets 9 push-backs instead of 6. I'd take a look at the fandom page to see which plants benefit the most. Of course Blover is always a good choice. As suggested by @MAGICDAVESHROOM  I would also spend at least 1000 coins for gauntlets (that's 252 gauntlets). You might not need that many but it is always good to have some in reserve in case there is a tournament with good rewards (like last week).

  • my chard guard is only 6 now so it may take quite a bit time
my blover is 400/1500 for lv9 but no one can guess what RNG it took to get it to maxed out.
.10000 gems may seem a big number but maybe I need to save up some for seediums( shadow pea and imp pear needs higher).
    ty all for the suggestions

    .

Sure, maybe the 10,000 gems are not enough...but you'll definitely will come closer to max out Blover, so the gems are not wasted but invested

based on last time I bought far future,it took ~40 seeds on average for blover and there are 3100 seeds for a maxed level blover. hmm, i think i will run out of gems to upgrade other plants tbh.

  • @HenryThePear You'll get hit by the resource doubling bug until imp-pear etc. will be available if you keep re-installing xD

I have the feeling that even though you might not want to "abuse" it, you might now be addicted to the bug^^

  • @PowerToss i think being hit by the bug too much is not actually a nice idea.. reinstalling the game too much will make me lose tracker
just a few times being hit by the bug will help me to advance to higher level and even nastery in the current time of this reward 7 streak system.

    @HenryThePear

Just a quick reminder that you should not spend any of the resources down to zero, that is, if the doubling bug works in the way of multiplication we know, then 0 x 2 = 0.   🙂

Since seasons replaced the old streak system with it's rather mean streak rewards (supposedly fairer to new players) i could see mints, seeds, coins and gauntlets getting scarcer as time went by.

The only resource growing is gems as they were no longer needed to help maintain a streak and no new gemium plants are being released.

Occasionally seedium seeds are sold for gems and there are still the 100 gem pinatas in the store but i have seen my gauntlet hoard drop from around 2,000 at the start of seasons to around 1,100 at present in my two main profiles.

Last week's double rewards only highlights the problem because you only got two gauntlets back out of seven streak wins.

If EA puts the squeeze on gems then players will either be forced to buy gems to get gauntlets, just use freeplays or quit (losing their time and money already invested in this game).

Many players have already voted with their feet and left, it's sad to see them go but it's their choice and i understand their reasons for leaving.

Let's continue to be optimistic and see what EA has in store for us.

@HenryThePear. If you can get it to L9 it will knock half a second off the refresh rate but if you get it maxed out then it becomes FREE!

    Free blover!
