I have just reported the penny pursuit bug to EA
I have received a reply,they are asked for player ID so they can take it further.

Can anyone who has the time do the same.

You can do this by pressing the wrench,then help.

It opens a webpage and you can file a report from there

  • I too have filed reports. I have 2 case numbers and chatted with 2 agents which I normally don’t do because I had a feeling I/we would be ghosted. However anyone reading this please do file a report. Let’s hope this squeaky wheel gets the grease!!

    I can't find how to chat with agent. Do you mind kindly teach me how you were able to do that?

    When I tried with customer support or report a bug, it keeps redirecting me to useless FAQ page or this forum, when clearly nothing is getting fixed even after all these users sharing the exact same problem!!!

    Hi Zincycatses! 
    Honestly I have no clue how I was able to chat. It just popped up. I just went through the help page, report a refund and that’s when it asked if I wanted to chat? Let me know what they say. Has anyone received ANY NEWS from EA? Surely someone mentioned this in the morning team meeting after they gave each other hi-fives for showing up to work…sigh

    Thanks for the tip! They DID let me chat with an agent when I chose refund category. I reported the bug and provided the link of this thread. They said it might take up to 3 days for the team to be acknowledged (which is surprisingly long time!). We will see how things go...
