It seems like everything connected to Blazeleaf, from the plant info page, to the area is glitched. I hope they fix this soon or offer compensatory rewards for those who can’t access the new content.

By the way, even tried raising a case with EA support and had a chat with their support agent. Basically the agent spent 10 min verifying my id and then reassured me that they are very sorry and then closed the chat and the case. Not even a assurance that they would pass it onto their dev team to check.

I’ve just found out prior to a crash that I’m now in the bronze league, anyone know what comes next?
Same thing happened to me, but because it took so long to get the game back, went from jade to soil. The only compensation I can give you(besides the paltry 💎 & 🪙 EA gives you) is that u can earn a lot of 💎 & 🪙 by going up in the league. U can also save on gauntlets, that is if u have some high powered plants. A big downside was missing out on new plants. Taking forever to get the plants unlocked.

I’ve DELETED my Plants Vs Zombies 2 because of this ongoing issue. I first couldn’t play arena game mode, but then my game reverted back to the first game screen, meaning I LOST all of my plants. I’ve been playing this game for years, but will not download this or ANY game from Electronic Arts ever !!!!!!!
