Re: Can't transfer game to my new Android phone

Did you type in the email address manually or did you just copy and paste?  I ask because the cut and paste method sometimes cause the system to add a space after the email address and this could have caused it to be invalid.

Old phone: pretty sure I typed it manually (but it's possible it was suggested text that I just tapped).

    New phone: definitely typed manually.

I don't see where I could even check that though.

Also, I reinstalled it on the new phone, but I don't even see now how to associate it with my email address or google account.

  • Can anyone tell me what happens if I register my email on the new phone? Is there a risk that my progress would be deleted?

  • Problem solved! (somehow 🤔 ). I'm guessing it just needed a few hours, since I didn't really do anything in particular to solve it.
