Notice the Spring Bean is closer to upgrade than the Spikeweed, the Winter Melon and the Intensive Carrot, yet ordered after them.

Thanks for the reply and explanation, I think there are other factors included in the sorting.
Below is my Almanac and it also does not seem to make sense on some of the plants, IIRC, it has been like this since the introduction of the new Almanac with sorting options.
The sorting option I normally use is 'Level' for upgrading plants and the other one is default for easy plant locating in games.

- @eieio_31310 Oh, yeah, it's even worse than I realised! I thought they were ordered by total seeds collected instead of seeds remaining for upgrade, but not even that! It's all over the shop!!
