Don't post your player i.d. on a public forum, i suggest you ask EA help center to change it before hackers strike. As to your issue it happened to me - i finished 3rd in jade league and i think EA shut the servers down for a few minutes to tabulate the results. I kept on retrying without success then i exited the game and restarted and they had given me my winnings.
