Thank you, but you are giving an answer in which there is no solution to the question. I have done as you recommend many times. On the PVZ 2 page, even if I am logged in, there is still no button to "Talk to EA Advisor." There is no information at all except for the link here where I am writing to you. It's a vicious circle. Who do I need to tell my e-mail and player ID to? How do I contact EA Advisor?
