@warmonger2685If you look at almost all the threads in the front page.... sigh...you will know what to do. Which is basically to contact help centre at the bottom of this page and asked them to restore them for you. Note the restore purchase bug might not resolved after that...because mines didn't and i can't enter the store with internet connection.

I bought the Goo Peashooter Bundle on July 14, 2021, and it failed to register to my account profile for the spinning daisy shop bug. I contacted EA Help Desk and while they've been in touch with me by email several times over, it's always to ask for something else once againg to do the job and push it through. Each time I reply as soon as I get it, and I wake up the next day, hoping to see it ready for play, but it's not happened yet. Now it's August 2, 2021, what are they doing? Are they even doing anything for anybody at this point?
Hi i changed my phone, was suppose to transfer the account and game over to new phone ,unfortunately it cant restore back all the last purchases. any idea how to go about it ?
