No, EA need to fix this.
This has been going on for months and EA HELP CENTER isn't doing much to either get the player what they bought or get them a refund.
Quite frankly I've had enough.

@MAGICDAVESHROOM I had success reaching out to EA Help and PVZ on Twitter. I FINALLY got my pea vine bundles this weekend. That may be an avenue that could work for you, too. Good luck!

I don't have this problem as i haven't bought anything for months, besides which i don't do social media.
This is RIDICULOUS.
I've bought the same plant TWICE and it freezes on this. I can't get a refund because Google sucks. :-/
EA makes a game that wants you to buy things.
EA can't fix an issue where, if you buy a thing, you can't actually *USE* the thing because, well, it don't work.
