Sounds like there is an issue with your iCloud backup and not the game.

You may want to open an EA Help ticket with Missing Content for them to look at your EA profile as well.

You will need to figure out taking Screen shots for them though. So, you can take a Screenshot of the Bug and of your Player id in game under the Wrench icon> Build Version
