PVZ2 Bug: 7 Subaccounts After Update, All Resources Missing
After the latest iOS update and reinstall, my account was affected by a sync bug:
The game now shows 7 subaccounts instead of the normal 5.
The subaccounts are stuck with generic numbers and cannot be renamed or deleted.
My plant and map progress is intact, but all coins, diamonds, and mints are missing (0).
I already reported this to EA Help and they confirmed it’s a server-side issue, escalated to the Studio. Posting here so others with the same problem can upvote and share their experiences.
