Same! Besides that I don't have IOS I only have android but I've had the same account for years and have had lots of different phones, got a new one six months ago and now can't retrieve my progress. But I got the message that my player ID didn't fetch any data, and I know it'd the right ID! It's really bs bc their whole premise is entertainment, they want players to invest time, effort, money for it to be at risk and could lose at a drop of a hat apparently.. I cannot accept that it's frustrating
