No, this is not the wrong place. We have to indicate the problem here, in the forum, so that people know that EA does not want to solve this serious problem.
The EA support does not give any solution, it is limited to giving you an automatic message, the same for all who have this problem. We are already hundreds of players who have lost our data because of a problem that seems to exists for more than a year and EA / POPCAP do not want to solve it. This is a scam, they are laughing at us.
