A webpage will open then choose the category most suitable to your problem.You will need your user ID which you will find in download preferences.

  • What are you talking about?

    Before I can do anything like that it asks me for my birth month and year.  Then I get an Identify Conflict alert, multiple different identities are associated with me, neither of which are me.  My only option it to click one and then the Continue button.  I won't do that because then I'll get stuck with it.  

    Is anyone from tech support here to help?

    I hope you have noted down or screenshot your original player ID, if so, you can click the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and following it to open a new case on 'missing content' and have one of the help advisor to assist on recovering your account.

  • Thanks, I'll try that.  And no, of course I didn't.  The game never recommended that nor did the game's Facebook page ever post anything about it..  

  • Luckily I had the game installed on a 2nd device and was able to get the ID from it, and gave it to the on-line chat EA tech support.

    EA really should send a broadcast to all the PVZ 2 users to record & store their Player ID!... It can be found under the Wrench icon, under Download Preferences
