Re: No reward after playing ads

I am receiving rewards and only specific ads. The notion of playing them and watching them but not getting anything is really annoying and not to consider the fact that you ran out of add. Thank you for your response appreciates it. Hunter

    @oanHunter 

    Can you let us know what specific ads you're not getting them?

    Verify the amount before watching the ad, watch the ad, and then restart your phone to see if they've arrived.

    One thing to note: Rewards may not always be given immediately and could be delayed. We've seen these reports for other past mobile titles and after review it generally points to the rewards simply being delayed. We take these reports seriously though and will make sure the mobile teams are aware.

    @EA_Blueberry Thanks and I did your suggestions. It gets worst.
    Before, I just reported the Happy Glass ads. Now, we have the "Solitaire Tripeaks" and the "Idle Farming Empire". They have the same process. You will see the message "minigame loading..." waiting... waiting... and waiting but none is completing and loading. So, I decided to close it and you will get the message "you will lose your reward". I wrote my gems total and my coin amount as my reference afterward but none changed. Then you have to wait few more minutes before the ads showed up and either the Happy Glass, the Idel Farming Empire or the Solitaire Tripeaks. Every now and then I will get other ads. I know it is random but the chances of me getting them always are often.
    Bottom line, there is no improvement and just hoping that those ads will not be my next ads 😉 - Hunter

    @EA_Blueberry I have this problem with two ads right now. Happy Glass just Never quits; no choice but to cancel it. Cross install just hangs, never decrements, and won’t even display the ad if you click it. Both of those, I cancel immediately now, so they’re worth nothing. But it makes the game less fun when you need the ads to make the points, and the ads totally fail.

    Thank you for all the info!

    Can you respond back with the following:

    • What type of device are you playing on and what's the software version?
    • Have you tried reinstalling the app? If you linked up your game progress to Facebook, Google, or your Apple account you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing any progress. 
    • What region are you located in the world?
    • Does this happen when you're playing on both WiFi or mobile data?

    @EA_Blueberry I missed your questions:
    1. I am using Iphone 7P and IOS 12.3.1
    2.No, I am not linked to any social media.
    3. I do not know the region but in Pennsylvania, USA.
    4. Yes. both wifi and the mobile data and during night time, those odd ADS are most likely you gonna play.

    @EA_Blueberry Yes, I’m playing on an iPhone 8, version whatever updated a few days ago. Playing in California, almost all on WiFi. Not linked to any social media.
    Also, completed the toadstool quest today, and no reward: finished the last round, and it just ended. Very aggravating.
