I don't know why EA don't have your case on file but losing account data is unfortunately all too common.

If you signed up to EA's email registration scheme (they gave you 100 free gems) you can get a unique code to restore your gamedata sent to your email address and sort this out pretty quickly.

The only other way is through EA HELP CENTER by creating a case with them BUT you need the ORIGINAL PLAYER ID NUMBER associated with the missing account, and recently a device number has been added to the player id number screen that is found in the build version screen in settings.

If you do not have this number (it might still be on an old device) then they cannot/ will not help you.

If you can prove that you bought particular plants with cash by providing screenshots of receipts, they will add them to your new account that starts from the beginning.

You should have picked the help recovering mobile game option for missing account data.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM I opened the case via the "EMAIL US" option, but a similar behavior from EA help websites: They said, "We received your case," but when I checked on "my cases" history, it is still empty and no email or anything was sent. With this problem, How can I contact EA to regain my progress?

    Did you sign in first?

    Did you use the correct option? As far as i know, they only respond to missing content reports, if you reported this as a bug, they just pass it on.

    Try EA's email registration scheme if you signed up to it.

    Nobody knows the inner workings of EA HELP CENTER except for EA HELP, we players are just speculating about what goes on there.

    Yes, I signed in with the same account I used to synchronize progress in PvZ2. I even tried the chat to us option but the similar windows appear. I really don't know how to report my case anymore.
