Are you running an up-to-date PVZ2 App? the current version is 11.4.1, if you have earlier version loaded on your device, it needs to be updated to the latest release.

Thanks for replying, yes it’s the latest version! Also I deleted and re installed the app! But no offers ☹️
That is strange, I have just check the Rent a Plant option on my iPhone and it is still working, may I ask what device (make and model) you are using?
