Yes! I'm having the same problem. I send them the information and they say I need to show the Google Play receipt and proof that I purchased the bundles, and I've given that to them. I spend a lot on this game, but since one of the last updates, I have not been able to purchase anything. I've tried to purchase 3 bundles and nothing. EA does not help and won't respond to my cases anymore. Google wouldn't refund my money - they said to look at their refund policy, but it was their blanket refund policy and didn't give a specific reason. I usually buy the new plant bundles, but I have not been able to purchase the Pea Vine bundles and will not try to purchase the Inferno bundle because I don't want to lose another $20.
