Re: Purchase pending payment information

Yes!  I'm having the same problem.  I send them the information and they say I need to show the Google Play receipt and proof that I purchased the bundles, and I've given that to them.  I spend a lot on this game, but since one of the last updates, I have not been able to purchase anything.  I've tried to purchase 3 bundles and nothing.  EA does not help and won't respond to my cases anymore.  Google wouldn't refund my money - they said to look at their refund policy, but it was their blanket refund policy and didn't give a specific reason.  I usually buy the new plant bundles, but I have not been able to purchase the Pea Vine bundles and will not try to purchase the Inferno bundle because I don't want to lose another $20.

    Try contacting google play, they might be able to give you your refund.

    Iirc their normal policy is to allow refunds up to 2 hours after purchase but they might make an exception as you never received your items and you can't get a refund off the naughty little EAlves.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM  I did contact Google Play in both Pea Vine bundle SNAFU purchases.  And within 10 minutes of each purchase because I got the "purchasing" flower of death (the only way to get out of that loop is to close out of the program and get back in).  Google Play would not refund my money telling me to look at their refund policy, but it was a generate refund policy.  I suspect it is because I've had to have a couple of refunds because there are other instances of me purchasing PVZ2 bundles that I did not receive and I asked for a refund because the downloaded content never showed up and I did get those refunds.  Those were in the last month or so.  I suspect that this purchase glitch is due to something in one of the latest releases.  I'm just upset because I've provided all the requested information to EA, but now they won't respond.  I really just want the content, not even the money back.  As I've said in previous posts, I usually buy new plant bundles because I don't always play the Battlz for the seed packets.

    Thanks for the information @MAGICDAVESHROOM.

    While a fix is in the pipeline, I am still out my purchased bundles, with no acceptable resolution from EA to replace those bundles.  

    What I find interesting is that they KNOW there is problem, but REFUSE to approve the replacement of the missing bundles.  I've provided proof of my purchases, but still nothing.  I'm beginning to think that EA does not care about its players.  I haven't purchased anything from them in over 2 months.  I wonder how much money they are losing because of this "glitch" because I'm certainly not the only person to have this problem.

    Same problems here. This is the latest response from ea.

    Please let me share that you're not the only one affected as of now -- We're on it! We want to get this fixed as swiftly as possible as we know how frustrating for you.

    The good news is we are actively working on investigating this for everyone that is affected. As of this moment, due to the unforeseen nature of this, I don't have an estimated time or specifics for a fix. I have, however, logged your case as such for an occurrence of this.

    For now, there is currently no workaround I can suggest. In the meantime, we will continue working hard behind the scenes to identify, fix and release a potential address for this issue. Your patience in this matter would be appreciable.

    @StormyHeather11 

    I suspect the present EA HELP CENTER staff are Indians who work in a call centre type operation and if you were keeping up with events then you would know that India has been hit particularly hard by covid recently with the second highest death toll worldwide.

    Their health services are being swamped by sick people and are even running out of basics like oxygen.

    Please cut them some slack.

    Yep I am still out of my purchase was well. They are still saying the screenshots I uploaded don't have the information they require. Strange thing is they want a screenshot of your email receipt and a screenshot from your Google pay as well. I have sent them both. Both have my email address clearly visible, the Google purchase number and a description of the package and they are still telling me it isn't right. I have no place to go to address this issue. So I am out 1800 gems plus the cost for those gems! I have never had support that was this bad before.

    Some players have reported issues with EA HELP not being able to read screenshots (.png) and require an image from a PC, probably a jpeg or something.

    I recently reported my issue to EA HELP and got following reply:

    "Our systems are currently updating or experiencing some outages, so please contact us again after some time."

    Sigh~~

    @StormyHeather11 nasayang nanaman yung pera ko bayad na pangalawang issue na to restore purchase palage lumilitaw please pvz2 ea paki ayos niyo naman tong problema na to.
