Missing compensation PVZ2
Yesterday I had a support chat and was told my previous user id was unrecoverable, even with the screenshot of the user & device id. I had bought more plants. They said there would be compensation (listed a very high in game amount) and I said ok. It hasn't been added to my currently linked player id linked to my ea account. I asked in support chat and was told this is a bug and I should report it here.
