Re: Pvz2 arena prize crash

This is an old bug which pops up now and then especially if you are playing the game on more than one device.  Sadly there is no way back, the crown counter is designed and set as incremental only, if you want your missing rewards, the only way to reclaim them is by contacting EA Helps.

Please following the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and open a 'Missing Content' case, you will need to copy in your evident (images  posted here) and provide your player ID so the advisor can help to add the missing rewards back to your account.  Please be patient as this might take a few days before you are getting a reply.  Good luck.
