Re: [Requesting Info] Unable to complete purchase - 2021

I've tried purchasing the newest plant and gems. Neither one worked. Restarting didn't help. I'm on an Android phone.

  • @soozen  Did you clear out the cache in the App's settings?  After I cleared out the cache (NOT player data) and restarted, I was able to purchase items again in the Store. 

    If not, then you may want to open a ticket with EA Help.  Maybe there is something additional they may be able to help with.
