Me too. there doesnt seem to be a solution given. i am going to cancel the purchases wih my credit card company
I purchased 100 Hot Date seed packets for $9.99 and it just gave me a perpetual spinning dandelion. I closed the app, then reopened it and now it is stuck on a "restoring purchases" spinning dandelion. I am on an Android Note 8. I can prove my purchase. But these forums are confusing and I spent 30 minutes just trying to figure out how/where to ask for help. It wasn't always this weird and annoying. It has been a few years since I had to report a problem with you. My profile name is Chaser.
There are many other players in your situation, i suggest you read some of those threads for answers.
Sorry to say this but it seems to be a widespread problem right now with purchases. You have to file a missing content report with the site and they are requesting PC only screen shots of your various pieces of information. Yes, all those things are to be taken in screenshots, which they want from PC only. The screenshot of your receipt you've shared here on this page, you should take down or delete for your own account safety. Another player suggested requesting a manager or supervisor if they can't do mobile screenshots only or also. I've moved on to requesting a refund for what I didn't get in the week since I make my purchase on July 14, 2021. All the best for getting your business properly sorted.

The price you paid.I was going to do that today, but petitioned GooglePlay store first about a refund. I'm curious if your credit card company reversed the charges?
Also, do you still play the game? Any problems arise since?Curious if you got the refund of your purchase? I was turned down by Google Play for a refund. I waited until Friday, July 23rd to file with my card company to dispute the charge since I didn't get it and hadn't heard from them since the previous Saturday, July 11th, seemingly dismissing my case. Then Sunday, July 25th, I get an email from EA Help like they are going to push through my Goo Peashooter Purchase Bundle. Monday, I cancel my dispute claim with my card company, and puff! Nothing since. No Goo Peashooter and no word from EA Help Desk. It's been two weeks since I made my purchase.

To have access to the store : the easiest work around (while the bug is fixing) is to
- before opening the game put the wifi OFF.- open the game.
- open the store : you won't have the "Restore purchase" infernal loop.
- while still on the store (do not leave), put the wifi ON.
- navigate through the store (tab promotions, adventure, etc) to restore all the available purchases.
- no more "Restore purchase" infernal loop until you leave the store and go back (with wifi ON).
This works for getting into the shop and seeing what they have and getting the free pinata or goods purchased with gem or coins, but the first cash purchase I tried to make since this bug showed up failed. I've been playing email tag with EA Help Desk personal to get it fixed since July 14, 2021; it's now August 2, 2021 and I'm still waiting on them . At this point, I HIGHLY recommend not spending any cash money in the shop.
A few weeks ago, I was having the problem where I didn't actually get content purchased in the shop and I had to file a missing content report.
It was pretty annoying, but at least filing a missing content report eventually worked each time.
Now I can't get into the store at all, just an endless "Restoring Purchases" loop.
Well here is a NEW manifestation of the ongoing "restore purchases" bug.
My list of content that crashed when I purchased (boom balloon, pea vine, inferno) is what gets cycled through on the "restoring purchases" popups. It is always one of those 3 plants because each one crashed when I bought it. I'm sure everyone has their own list of plants in their "restoring purchases" popups for the "restored 0 purchases!" nag messages.
Well this month, I was ready to purchase the Solar Sage bundle, pay my $19.99 and watch it crash, then send the screenshots again and beg for my missing content. The whole week-long process that I've done each of the last 3 months. However, THIS time when trying to purchase, it would not let me and it said "You already own this item" and "purchase canceled". WHAT?!? I most definitely do not own this item. I tried exiting out of the game and coming back, and now the bundle is not even in my list of available items in the store! It literally thinks I have purchased it.
Then to add insult to injury, now my rotating list of "restoring purchases" plants includes Solar Sage, to bring the list to 4 plants. So I have no way to produce a receipt or screenshot, no seeds, no solar sage, and even more nagging.
If you're on android go into your Google account and find your purchase history and screenshot that for proof of purchase.
- @MAGICDAVESHROOM That is how I produce screenshots normally. THIS time I was not allowed to purchase it, that's why I don't have a way to produce a receipt. I have not been charged, but I cannot purchase it as it is gone from the store. So I cannot even reproduce the "You already own this item" bug.
@tfletche It happen to me too. I just want to purchase Solar sage but It said that "You already own this item". Solar sage early access bundle disappear from the shop. I don't even purchase that item lol.
Hmmm....so interestingly...the restore purchase bug is back in my store on bluestacks...despite me not even purchasing anything in the last few days. It just randomly appeared o.o but my phone is fine....this is weird.....
Have you updated both versions?
- @MAGICDAVESHROOM Yup...both are the latest version. I did buy 2 plants on bluestacks but that was at least a week ago now....and the store was working after that until yesterday....
The only thing i can suggest is eat two jaffa cakes and have a rest.

Bluestacks probably uses an older version of Android, but I'm not having any problems.

I think there has been several instances of Bluestack that use the newest versions of Android
