Re: restoring purchases message

Also to add that I have re-installed PvZ2 game and still cannot access the store. The issue must be within my player profile but as I've played this for years I don't want to create a new one!

    Everytime I have reported it their solution was always the same. Clear the cache, remove and reinstall the game, try playing it on a different device. Of course these solutions never worked. A few years ago there was a bug that would actually restore purchases even though you had already received the items. It seems like this bug started after they got that one fixed. That is just my opinion. I have been hoping each release would fix it. Whatever is causing it, it must be a difficult bug to pin down. Being that it only happens to me in this game, I think it is something with my profile.
