Just curious if we will be refunded are energy after wasting them on arena matchmaking issues and due to playing against a broken bot/player

I spent 60 gems trying to keep my streak alive for no reason. Not to mention the wasted gauntlets. I think we are due compensation.
Agreed, but unlikely. Have been hosed a few times and they do not make things right. Even if you have screenshots proving your case.
In fairness that would be a logistical nightmare. Having to track every case and determine not only they actually were wronged But how much exactly. This isn't something that you can fix with the Press of a button unfortunately. I'm really angry about the situation but if nothing else I'm glad this is the first time I've ever had any kind of hacking problems. It shows that it's not a common issue.
