@MAGICDAVESHROOM Unfortunately, this is the article that I already read that led me to trying to get this achievement on a Modern Day level. It didn't work for me (as I believe my original post made clear ;-)  )

I had already commented on this bug months ago.

I had done just about every possibility, and the achievement was still bugged (many other bugs out there with achievement as well).

Then one day, it randomly worked. Don't remember what it was now I played, but I think the irony is I may not have had different plant-familys when it finally was awarded. 🙂

Anyhow, the achievements don't affect EA's cash-cow system, so it's on the bottom of the priority list....

Achievements can't be seen anymore on iOS
I totally randomly got this one few weeks ago.

No, your original post didn't make it clear as you didn't mention where you got your information from.

@MAGICDAVESHROOM.  Sorry, my grammer left something to be desired there as that wasn't what I meant.  I meant that my original post indicated that I had tried getting the achievement on a modern day level (as the article you posted was suggesting was needed). Regards.  

I think I got that one almost a year ago. I'm not sure if achievements still work nowadays

I'm guessing that you are on iOS too.
It seems they still works but since we can't really see the list of our achievments anymore,it is pretty useless unfortunatly...
I think that it is not the same on Android 

Actually it is possible to see achievements if you are on iOS, you have to click on the cup icon on the main screen 🥳
Edit: But somehow some achievement are not working....
