You're not the only one with this problem, friend. You can write to the developers in the chat (don’t forget to indicate your ID) at help.ea.com, but it’s not a fact that they will answer. They promised to answer me in 17 minutes, but two hours have already passed and there is no answer. If no one answers you either, give the game one star and write an angry review in the AppStore. That's all we can do.
