Re: Zombies stop coming in Battlez

@ElAguila64

I had this happen quite a lot back in the Electric Peashooter week. It usuaĺly occured when there was around a minute left. As well as the Electric Peashooter and a Sun production plant I was using the Winter Melon and Primal Potato Mine in conjuction with the Tile Turnip and Power Lily. When using the plant food, the combined effects of 3 Winter Melons and up to 5 Primal Potato Mines unleashing mayhem among the Zombies it would often entirely clear the right side of the arena. I then had to wait for around 10 seconds each time before more Zombies appeared.

That cost me a total of around 30 seconds of Zombie killing time whenever it happened.

Fortunately it only cost me one loss because my opponent's scores were well behind mine when the Zombies suddenly seemed too scared to come out, but if the match scores had been closer I could easily have lost many more.

I'm now finding these delays occuring in this week's matches. (Electric Currant week).  It happens at random points and it's most disconcerting to see my attacking plants just sitting around twiddling their thumbs. It can reduce my average 1.0 to 1,2 million score to around 700,000, and it's cost me 3 defeats already.  GRRR!!!!

    That is bad to hear.

    I am interested to find out whether you have maintained your winning streak, if so did this 'glitch' go away?

    (I ask because when my winning streak was reset to 0, I normally get a lot more zombies coming out to greet me)

    Yes, I did cough up the gems to retain my reward streak. I'm currently at just over 200 and the rewards have now ramped up to a level where it's worthwhile sticking with it. (Relative to using 100 gems a time to get 220 (Or is it 240? I'm in the Silver League anyway) seed packets from the various worlds.

    I do, however, set a provisional limit of 100 gems and then assess where I am and whether it remains viable to continue or to drop back. Hopefully, I won't need to reach that decision point for a while yet. The last loss cost me 60 gems, so I have 4 more to go. (Keeping my fingers and everything else crossed.)

    The matches I've played in today have so far been okay and I'm getting plenty of Zombies. I scored 1,45 million in one match. It's just as well I did, as my opponent, human or otherwise, scored 1.43 million and I only overtook them in the final 5 or 6 seconds. (Pheww!!)

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have not really started playing this week yet. The last few free Battlez I tried, I seemed to be able to get 600K +. But with low & mid level free plants, I think 1 million will likely be my top limit.
