Opening my game this morning, it asked me to register my EA account email address, with a promise of 100 gems as reward.
i haven't got the gems, is there something else I have to do?

Was there a message telling you that you were not registered ? Still contact EA to see if you can receive the 100 GEMs.
I thought it was only 50 gems, but if you registered the first time when that update went wrong months ago, then you have already had them and won't get any more.
If this is the first time you've registered your account then contact EA help and tell them as they are the only people who can give you your missing gems.

For me, it was originally 20 gems at first but after I read many horror stories from players, I decided to leave it out, then it got increased to 50 gems and today they have up it to 100!
I am just wondering how high will this go up?
EA needs more email addresses for some reason...the price of resources is not a big deal to them at all !!

Contacted EA re the invisible gems, then next time I put on game - voila! My 100 'conscientiously-viably-no-dolphins-harmed-sourced-by-dwarves-paid-a-living-wage-&-no-zero-hour-contracts-with-health-&-dental' gems!
