Reinstalling game and new content disappeared.
Last time I did it it was the same problem and support fixed it. Now support haven't fixed it so what can I do ?
It's like updates are missing and just basic game is provided.
I can't update my game anywhere when just installed it. Game is restored thru Google play by choosing my early player ID. It is seen already when game loads that newer content is missing.
If you are talking about the items on offer from the shop then this is intentional.
This is because after re-installation of PVZ2 App, the player is being classed as a new player for 2 days (hence the Starter Pack), during this time, you will only be given the initial shop items, normal shop offers will return after 2 days.
