Reminder: write down or screenshot your Player ID

Just a little reminder that we would like to pin in the forums for more visibility: whether you encounter issues with the game or not,

✨❗make sure to write down or screenshot your Player ID ❗✨

This is super important if you lose game progress, which can happen if the game disconnects you after an update, if you uninstall the app, or if you switch devices. Losing game progress can be super common with mobile games, so it's best to anticipate by keeping your Player ID safe somewhere.

It's also important if the game doesn't let you in or gives you an error. It's super useful for us to have concrete examples of affected players in those situations. If the game prevents you from logging in, you won't be able to open it to give us your player ID, so it's great if some of you already have it!

Remember, this is how you can find your Player ID in the game:

1. 1. Select the wrench to open the Settings menu.
   2. In the Settings menu, tap:
      • iOS: Download Preferences.
      • Android: Build Version.
   3. You’ll see your Player ID under the game version.
