Hi. Considering that this issue has been "worked on" for five days, and apparently, posts are being closed or marked as solved, it seems like they're more interested in suppressing the problem than looking for solutions. The Arena session ends on Monday. Enough money will have been spent on gems and fists by then. A good profit for EA. Too bad for the user.

EA is pretty greedy but that's a terrible way of looking at the problem. Mostly because it's complete nonsense. Alienating longtime customers who are willing to buy their microtransactions is only going to cost them money in the long run. It cost them effectively nothing to add these things to people's accounts and they lose nothing by people having them. However if people don't feel safe or don't feel like they're getting anything out of purchasing the microtransactions they're going to stop.

Agreed that lumping them all together into one thread and closing it as solved and not allowing replies is bad form.  Every time I have see EA have an opportunity to help the playing community they squander it away and marginalize the true users. 

I just played that account and it only scored 18k. At least there is a chance to win an arena match. Which I haven't been able to do since this started (kind of a bummer for several reasons)

So, maybe something was done?

Same for me. I get same player every time and I score 21 million he usually scores 280

with level 1 plants.  I’ve taken lots of video and screenshots as it’s been 2 days of this cheating. I can only win 1 match . Frustrating but I guess developers know and are working on it. I’m sure they’ll compensate us

Hi! I have the same problem. I also took screenshots, tried to report the problem, but that horrible "Send an email" doesn't work, chat box doesn't work either. Is it a bug, a bot or a hacker? No one to say anything. I am determined not to spend any more money when the game developers don't fix the problem. If they don't need our money, they could simply not say don't tolerate or bug, a bot, a hacker so many days in the Arena.

yes, he went from over 650m to now making a consistent 18,000,000, which is beatable for some players, but if this is their "fix" it's a terrible one

I've  been playing this game since it came out and have never been so blatantly disregarded by them before! So disappointed. What do they care if there's a hacker, bot or whatever one wants to call it! They say they can't get to the problem until Monday! BLAH BLAH BLAH! By then the Sea Shooter Arena Tournament will be over! I'm guessing we won't be compensated anything either! 

This situation is very frustrating for me.

I just wanted to collect Seashooter seeds to level it up, but now it's no longer possible.
I can’t win any matches, and I always get matched with the same player.

At first, this player had 780 million points, and then it became a constant 18 million every time - something seems wrong here.

Also, I’ve lost my Arena Gauntlets and I don’t know how to get them back.

The event will end in 1 day - is there any way to fix this or recover my Gauntlets so I can continue?

Also, I have screenshots of the lost games if needed.

I have same problem for three days, is anybody looking into this?

I'm trying not to waste my guntles, but if they don't fix the problem in the coming days, it will be a huge fail for such a cool game.

1.6 billion! And I play against this guy EVERY time!

It had been limited to 18m since yesterday, and then 10m earlier today. I've just lost by 1.58 billion points, so whatever has been applied is clearly not working!

The 'fix' isn't working anymore as the asylum[XX] account just got 1,600,000,000 against me...

AHAZ258: the same issue for me too. So disappointing because nothing was solved, despite all our claims!... 

Agree with others that this problem emerged early well before the weekend! Incredibly disappointed with the response.

I have reported this to EA but no action is taken.  Waste of time.

yup, me too.  guess I should've spent a bunch of gauntlets when he was making 18m so I could get a good streak going, lol
